I like to pray these phrases from Scripture when am I in a difficult situation. They help me focus my mind on Christ’s sufficiency and away from fear and anxiety.
Whether living in plenty or in want, I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me (Philippians 4:12-13).
He will keep in perfect peace, she whose mind is anchored in him (Isaiah 26:3).
In repentance and rest is my salvation; in quietness and trust is my strength (Isaiah 30:15).
