Regardless of industry, they consistently cite workload challenges as a significant hurdle to their long-term well-being, and the research backs this sentiment up. This article will discuss aspects of workload leaders can discern, change and control for a more sustainable workload.

For the month of March, our prayer focus is for the Holy Spirit to fill us with Joy! This is the second quality in the fruit of the Spirit list we find in Galatians 5. The biblical concept of joy, as expressed through the Hebrew word simchah and the Greek word chara, involves something more than the quest for ‘happiness’, which our secular world calls us to pursue.
