dine Kroeker died Jan. 18, 2012. She was born Apr. 13, 1991 in Gummersbach, Germany to John and Irina Kroeker. The family immigrated to Castlegar, B.C., in 1994, and to Abbotsford, B.C., 2 years later. At 4, Nadine accepted Jesus into her heart. She was baptized into Bakerview Church, Abbotsford, Jan. 7, 2007. Nadine helped in the nursery and Sunday school. Excited to further God’s kingdom, she participated in a Mexico mission trip with the youth. Diagnosed with leukemia June 2011, Nadine patiently endured biopsies, shots, lumbar punctures, and trials with blood clotting. July 12, 2011, she wrote, “God, if I could see every miracle my illness has brought, I would beg you a thousand times to do it again, because from what I see, I’m glad you chose me.” Nadine is mourned by parents; grandparents; siblings Dennis, Carolyn, Amy.
