Mary Dueck died Feb. 13, 2010. She was born Nov. 25, 1911 in Germany. Mary immigrated to Canada in 1948 from Jasebeck, West Germany, with her 2 children and 2 sisters. Settling in Swift Current, Sask., she worked at the Pioneer Co-op lunch counter, retiring when it closed. She was a faithful and active member of Bridgeway Community Church. Predeceased by her husband, 2 siblings, son and daughter-in-law Henry (Donna); Mary is mourned by daughter Mary-Anne; 5 grandchildren; nieces and nephews; 1 sister-in-law.
