deaths-Lilian-BoschmannLilian’s family immigrated to Canada when she was 3, settling in the Niagara area. Lilian took a housekeeping position, then worked at SickKids. She thrived in downtown Toronto. Her love for children led to volunteering in the hospital’s play area. Lilian sent family and friends handwritten cards filled with encouragement and love. She loved to pray and sing, often pulling out a hymnal during visits. When Lilian needed long-term care, she moved back to Niagara to be near her sisters, nieces and nephews. She taught her family: be true to yourself and accept others for their uniqueness.
