Elfrieda Kornelsen died Feb. 6, 2012. She was born June 30, 1938 in Greendale, B.C. to William and Mary Redekop. Elfrieda was baptized into East Aldergrove MB Church (now Ross Road), Abbotsford, B.C. Elfrieda married George Enns. He died in 1989. She married Don Kornelsen Oct. 13, 1991. Elfrieda attended River East MB Church, Winnipeg, while Don was manager of Christian Press. Elfrieda was known for her love for the Lord, warm hospitality, ability to produce a feast on short notice, creativity, and most of all, unconditional love. Elfrieda was a member of Central Community Church, Chilliwack. B.C. She died of a sudden stroke. Predeceased by George, Elfrieda is mourned by husband Don; children Armin Enns (Kashie), Aron Enns (Vonnie), Aiden Enns (Karen Schlichting), Allan Enns (Lysa), Arleen Lewis; stepchildren Gord (Dina), Rob (Michelle), Jim (Tammy), Cherryl; 21 grandchildren; 5 great-grandchildren; 6 brothers.
