Edmond John Epp died July 13, 2010. He was born Aug. 15, 1947 in Rosthern, Sask. to John and Helena Epp. He attended a one-room schoolhouse in Rosthern until grade 8, earned his GED, and obtained his farm machinery mechanic papers. Ed married Mary Friesen Oct. 4, 1975. He worked on the farm, and as a mechanic in Gouldtown and Watrous, Sask. Later, Ed and Mary moved to Waldheim, Sask. Ed volunteered for the Gideons and in the church choir. He loved hunting, fishing, cooking, and giving his grandchildren tractor rides. Predeceased by 1 brother-in-law, Ed is mourned by Mary; sons Lowell (Kristin), Lyndon (Candace); 4 grandchildren; 8 siblings. The funeral was at Waldheim MB Church.
