Clara and Henry farmed in Kelstern district, Sask., until moving to Hodgeville, Sask., in 1971 to be closer to doctors. Clara mourned her daughter Mabel Stehr and grandsons Bradley Stehr and Marty Knelsen. She enjoyed singing in the choir and double quartet. Clara loved her husband, children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren, and in her last days, loved her nurses like family.
