A gifted teacher, cook, gardener, and artist, Catherine loved spending time with her friends and family, baking and eating waffles, playing rook and canasta, and drinking coffee. She worked hard with Ben; together they built a successful business. They enjoyed the symphony, opera, and travelling the world. Her strong faith carried her through many challenging periods, and she lived with dignity. Catherine was a dedicated wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, sister, and friend.
