Alice’s home was Christ-centred, filled with Bible study and prayer. She attended Eden Christian College and Eden Bible School, maturing in her faith and developing her Spirit-inspired gifts. She was baptized in Lake Ontario and remained dedicated to the Lord. The Lord gave Alice musical ability, which she used to glorify him in countless churches. In 1954, Alice met Peter, who had moved to Ontario from Manitoba. The Lord joined their hearts in harmony; a year later, they married. Alice joyfully shared her gift of music with 3 generations of family. She was a rare blend of serious and whimsical. A tireless worker, she cared for her loved ones by creating a clean, orderly environment. Alice was an amazing cook and baker who desire to feed both body and soul. She loved studying the Bible. A religious education teacher in public schools, Alice had a burden for children’s souls. Always willing to serve, Alice and Peter ministered faithfully in the Niagara Peninsula, Aylmer, and Port Rowan.
