ConneXion Christian Fellowship
, Calgary, formally decided to step out of its affiliation with the Alberta Conference of MB Churches. Started in 1999 as a Key Cities Initiative church plant called The River, ConneXion has had a longstanding relationship with River of Life Church in Lethbridge, Alta., so the decision to associate with them formalizes developments over the last few years. “The ABMB executive received the news with regret but wishes ConneXion Christian Fellowship God’s richest blessings as they continue to pursue their vision and calling,” says ABMB executive director Daniel Beutler. ConneXion thanked the ABMB for the support provided over the years.
