The Confession of Faith: Commentary and pastoral application is now available in French. The articles of confession were published in French in 2002; however, the board of faith and life sponsored translation and publication of the more lengthy commentary and application through the work of Saint-Jérôme pastor Peter Brown and his wife Suzanne, editor Jeannine Lambert, graphic designer Luc Lambert and readers Jean Bieri, Gilles Dextraze and Stephane Rhéaume.

“The commentary and pastoral application of the Confession of Faith has served as a valuable resource for theological conversations in the conference since 2000,” says board of faith and life chair Brian Cooper. “The BFL is grateful to Peter and Suzanne Brown and others from the AEFMQ for their excellent work to ensure that such conversations can take place in both of Canada’s official languages.”

The Quebec conference office has a limited number of hard copies. It can also be downloaded from mennonitebrethren.ca.
