Mary and Wes farmed in the New Haven district. Mary worked hard, had a large garden, and raised her children. She shared her time between family and friends – her priorities. When Wes died in 1995, Mary moved to Manitou, Man., where she enjoyed the social atmosphere of the Haven, moving once more in 2004 to Pembina Manitou Health Centre. Mary mourned her son Reginald in 2003.
