Anne Schultz died Feb. 10, 2009. She was born Mar. 21, 1931 to Peter and Susanna Siebert. She accepted Christ as Saviour, was baptized in 1949 and joined Coaldale MB Church. Anne attended Bible school and became a nurse. She worked in the U.S., and in Hanna, Alta., where she met Richard Schultz. They were married in Coaldale in 1967. In 1969, they started farming in Vauxhall, Alta., but as Richard’s health declined from multiple sclerosis, they moved to Purple Springs, then Taber, finally to Lethbridge in 1998. Anne always cared for others, even while struggling with her own health. She gained strength from her daily Bible reading. Especially precious to her was Psalm 121. She was a wonderful wife, mother, grandmother, sister, and friend. Predeceased by 4 siblings, 1 son-in-law; Anne is mourned by Richard; children Patricia (Joe) Bydevaate, Wes (Anna), Ed; 5 grandchildren; 7 siblings. The service of remembrance was Feb. 14 in Evangelical Free Church, Lethbridge.
